Yes you can. Every training record and log is linked to the individual and the specific rides on which they’re qualified and signed off. You’ll always know who’s certified, and where there are training gaps. You can also assign automatic refreshers, and training-based permissions, ensuring only qualified staff can operate rides.

How do I plan better staff rotations?

CommandCentr tracks exactly who’s trained and signed off on each ride. This gives you a clear overview of staff readiness. Can I customise views for different zones or team members?

What happens when someone hits a flight hours limit (shift limit)?

You can build flight hour limits for each ride directly into the platform. CommandCentr will alert your team leaders when operators are approaching their flight hour limits so that, using our trained staff search, they can proactively reorganise staff deployments.
