They can, with live dashboards showing them exactly what happened, when, and why. They’ll see which rides are open or closed, which checks are complete or overdue, and what’s been flagged by their frontline teams. All this means they can step in to escalate issues, assign key tasks, or step in when needed, as it happens, and not when it’s already too late.
Can I track who’s trained for which ride?
Yes you can. Every training record and log is linked to the individual and the specific rides on which they’re qualified and signed off. You’ll always know who’s certified, and where there are training gaps. You can also assign automatic refreshers, and training-based permissions, ensuring only qualified staff can operate rides.
How do I plan better staff rotations?
CommandCentr tracks exactly who’s trained and signed off on each ride. This gives you a clear overview of staff readiness. You can import this data into your staff scheduling system, either via API integration or manual export, meaning you can build smarter shifts, reduce downtime, and avoid any last-minute reshuffles.
Can I customise views for different zones or team members?
Yes. Team leads and supervisors can subscribe to the locations for which they’re responsible, and select which types of notifications they receive. It’s optimised for use on shared company devices, and views are automatically filtered. This means your staff see only what’s relevant to them.
What happens when someone hits a flight hours limit (shift limit)?
You can build flight hour limits for each ride directly into the platform. CommandCentr will alert your team leaders when operators are approaching their flight hour limits so that, using our trained staff search, they can proactively reorganise staff deployments.
